Arthur’s extensive mortgage knowledge and years of experience have allowed him to help everyone from first time buyers and new immigrants to self-employed individuals and those here on a work permit. His wide range of expertise includes pre-construction homes, investment properties, refinancing and construction loans, to name a few. Arthur’s hands on approach with clients and warm demeanor make him an integral part of Lina & Team!

Strategic Project & Digital Media Coordinator

Graduate of Centennial college, Alissa has been working in media and public relations since 2017. Choosing to specialize in media strategy and copywriting, Alissa has worked with key figures in the Canadian film, television and music industry and, more recently, in crypto copywriting. Since joining Lina & Team in 2021 as a social media manager, Alissa has developed and implemented social media strategy for the company. In her new role as Strategic Project & Digital Media Coordinator, Alissa is excited to explore digital media strategies that will elevate Lina & Team to the next level.
